Cancellation Period: Our tour cancellation policy varies by time periods as detailed below.
o Cancellations informed 30 days prior to arrival, will be eligible for a full refund.
o Cancellations informed within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% cancellation.
o Cancellation informed less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged full cancellation.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your booking must be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy, and any applicable fees must be paid.
Refund Process: Once your cancellation is processed and approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method. The refunded amount will be net of any cancellation fees and charges as specified in our terms and conditions.

If you need to make changes to your travel itinerary, such as altering the travel dates or destination, please contact our customer support team within 07 business days of your scheduled departure, subject to availability. We will provide guidance on the modification process and any associated fees.
