Refund Policy

At TryGo Travels (Pvt) Ltd., we understand that plans may change. This policy explains the conditions applying to cancellations, postponements and refunds.
1. Booking Advance
An advance payment secures the vehicle, driver and requested travel date.
2. Cancellation Schedule

| 14–30 days before the tour | 50% of the eligible advance payment |
| Less than 14 days before the tour | No refund |
3. Postponements
Where possible, customers may request a date change instead of cancellation. Approval depends on vehicle availability, driver availability, seasonal demand and any price difference for the new date.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–14 business days. Bank-transfer refunds may require the customer's account name, bank, branch and account number.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- No-show at the agreed pickup location
- Cancellation less than 14 days before departure
- Customer ending the tour after service has commenced
- Service disruption caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer
6. Breakdown and Replacement
Where TryGo Travels provides a suitable replacement under its breakdown procedure, no refund or price deduction applies.
7. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Refunds are not normally provided for delays or cancellations caused by severe weather, floods, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, public emergencies or civil disturbances.
8. Customer-Requested Changes
Changes to pickup location, destination, dates, vehicle category, passenger count or mileage may require a revised quotation.
9. Special Consideration
In exceptional circumstances, TryGo Travels may allow an advance payment to be transferred to a future booking instead of issuing a refund. Such decisions are made at the company's discretion and depend on operational commitments and availability.
